Davide Stefanelli President

Born in Forlì on 16 July 1973, I attained a High School Diploma in Accountancy at the ITC Matteucci of Forlì and subsequently I graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna.

In 1997, together with some other new graduates and university professors, I became a founder member of Infomanager srl, a university spin-off that deals with financial economic analysis. Over the years, together with the Infomanager team, I worked with study centers such as Nomisma, Prometeia, Ambrosetti, Crif, Confindustria, CSO and local banks.
Still with Infomanager, I carried out consultancy services to companies such as Ducati Motor, Bonfiglioli, Olitalia, Apofruit, Sfir and Safilo.

In 1999, I attended a post-graduate course in the “Strategic Management of Costs” at Profingest and in 2000, a course in Corporate Finance at CRESEM.
In 2004/2005, I obtained an Executive Master’s degree in “Value Management” from the Alma Graduate School of Information Technology, Management and Communication.

I was the author of several publications for Sole 24 ore between 2002 and 2006.

I have been giving lectures on Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Economics of Bologna since 2006.
Always on the subjects of Corporate Finance and Management Control, I lectured several courses organised by training institutions such as IRECOOP, ECIPAR, CESVIP and CEUB.
In 2012, I was a lecturer on the Master of Administration, Finance and Control programme and the “Purchasing & Supply Chain Management” Executive Course of Alma Graduate School.

I started my collaboration with VEM SISTEMI as Controller In 2007, implementing a performance measurement system. In 2010, I handled the evaluation and acquisition of the NPS Group. From 2014 to may 2022, I covered the role of Vice President and Director of Finance, Control and Human Resources. As of today, I am President of VEM.

Since June 2016 I have been the Coordinator of the Innovation Committee of Confindustria Forlì-Cesena.
Since 2021 I have been Vice President of Confindustria Romagna with Delegation to Digital Transition and Innovation.
In February 2023 I was appointed among the members of the new Romagna Marche Committee of Crédit Agricole Italia.
