Stefano Bossi CEO and GM

I was born in Parma on 14th September 1966 and achieved the degree (cum laude) in Electronic Engineering in 1992 at Università degli Studi di Parma.

After almost two years of experience as an Officer in the Transmission Corps of the Italian Army, I started my professional experience at Ascom Italia, dealing with the design and market development of Network & System Management and Network Security Systems.
In 1998, I became Marketing Manager at Ascom Italia (now Maticmind S.p.a.).

From 2001 to 2011: I spent 10 years of my professional life in Lutech SPA, in growing roles – starting from Head of the Product Division and reaching the Board Of Directors as CEO as latest role, still keeping the Sales Direction.

From August 2011: I started working for VEM Sistemi as General Manager; in May 2013, I also became President of Certego, a start-up security company of the VEM Group operating in the area of cybercrime prevention.

From May 2014: I became CEO and Partner of VEM.

In charge of General Confederation of Italian Industry – Chairman of ICT Sector, Modena Area.

From May 2018 to May 2022 I was President of the Digital sector of Confindustria Emilia.

I am also a passionate Golf player.
