Erica Nannetti Services Director

I was born in Forlì on 18 May 1977.

In 1996, I attained an Accounting Software Programmer High School Diploma at the ITC Carlo Matteucci of Forlì and the following year, I deepened my IT skills through a Telematic Networks Technician course at Cesena. Over the years I obtained several certifications on the engineering of networks, security and virtualization.

I started my professional adventure at VEM sistemi in 1997: first as a developer of e-commerce websites and then as a senior system administrator, and in 2008, I received the Netapp Technical Partner Excellence Award for having developed and promoted the growth of Netapp in the Italian market in the field of virtualization, messaging and database applications.

My career has evolved thanks to the challenges that VEM have put my way, entrusting me with tasks of increasing responsibility until, in 2009, I became the Managed Services Manager of the Network Operation Center and managed services, coordinating the activities of 15 people.

In January 2014 I assumed responsibility for the Services Engineering sector – a role in which I managed Research and Development applied to VEM services.
I work in close collaboration with the NOC, the Design & Delivery area, Marketing and the Commercial area.
Since January 2014 I have been a partner of VEM and a member of the Board of Directors of Certego, and since 2017 I have been a member of the Executive Board of Confindustria Giovani Forlì-Cesena.

In 2019, I assumed the position of Technical Customer Manager at VEM sistemi.

I am also the mother of two wonderful children.
